We must use as many methods & tools as many kinds of students we have. Do not use only modern technologies. By innovative teaching I mean there should be the development of moral and spiritual values in the students by videos or real-life stories to make them sincere and obedient. Sincerity is the basis of student life. Praise or appreciation is an essential part of keeping students motivated & engaged in their work. It also helps in building a good relationships between teachers & taught that make our service very interesting & rewarding.
